Highly doubt she got hacked. OF girls on Reddit often have their accounts deleted, rotated and/or exchanged.
I have no evidence on why or how it happens but I would guess it is done by agencies. Wanna push the new girl? Just swap the already well known one with this one as if nothing had happened and wait for profit. The more famous one can start over from a brand new account and spamming the usual subreddits with the same dumb quotes ("Do YoUnG mEn LiKe BiG tItS lIkE mInE?").
I think costiganx as that's the one I've found in her thread.
 
The new reddit page in the content thread is not her - if you scroll down their post, the posts are of someone else. Either its an promo page for models, or its someone posting her pics.
Also the redgifs profile I know is petitekelli which still exists there. No longer updated though.
