Anyone knows more about this italian girl? Why she used to show her face on reddit and of and now she closed those profiles and under a new nickname she pretends to be new on reddit, she doesn't show her face anymore and she says she opened onlyfans for the first time?

Most likely explanation is that the original content creator gave up or stopped, but a few nefarious people got a hold of her old content, cropped out her head or even using someone else's content to create the new account and using bots and AI to do the interactions through an "agency".

I think it's still her who's posting, her old account doesn't have the same pictures of the new, her body seems slightly different (she gained weight and she is more toned) and she is posting audios in her channel
I've asked her but i doubt she will answer me
