I don't recall him being in most of manojob but if my guess is correct, did he happen to act in this one with Rose Carter (https://bunkr.pk/f/1PiDpfZkCr7MD) ? I've frequently seen a male actor with a growth on his belly button in Manojob and at times in MrPov and TDS. I had assumed it was Billy Watson himself.
