Thing is it is fat, just not as shaped. I think she lost a bit of weight at one point.
 
She was way heavier as a teen/early 20's, like over 200lbs at 5'1". She put in work to slim down obviously. Her ass isn't round shaped bc she naturally just doesn't have round glutes and it looks like narrow hips. That's ok, she's still hot.
