I mean looking again I guess it was always obvious since they have a trans flag in their bio, the inherent confusion that comes with the concept of a woman transitioning into a man who dances around as a girl that’s a boy notwithstanding.
Regardless while he’s cute I mostly just find his whole gimmick incredibly obnoxious, and I’ll pretty much never be in support of people selling photosets that are just IG-level selfies despite them intentionally catering to a space filled with people who wanna see tits and holes. It's not too surprising, like it's pretty much insurmountably rare to win the genetic lottery hard enough to look anything like mooimimo or milkyray or whoever while being an adult cisgendered male. And like respecting someone's identity is one thing, but when you're charging cash for photosets under the pretense that you're hanging dong underneath whatever cosplay you slap on it becomes pretty disingenuous no matter how "SFW" you try to spin things. Which I'm now realizing is why they always keep their tops on since they'd immediately get banned for going topless if a social media platform recognized them as a woman lmao.
There are also plenty of IG/Tiktok girls out there who just straight up call themselves femboys without remotely looking the part for no other reason than to farm engagement. It's a trend built on deception/fantasy and you're better off not looking any deeper than any given would-be femboy's content to maintain a suspension of disbelief.

It’s a lot of things, but I think part of it is wanting to live the fantasy of having the best of both worlds; still getting to wear femme cosplays/clothing and look good doing it while also being able to carry the privilege of presenting as a man in their daily lives. Others probably love the idea of confusing dudes into thinking they’re gay, but I think most importantly for content sellers the term “femboy” is perpetually trending and using it is an easy way to show up on everyone’s FYPs.
Like every nerd-assed subreddit these days makes memes about characters being femboys and there are a ton of porn titles on Steam that make heavy use of it in addition to futa stuff. It’s just a fetish that’s become as widespread as armpits and feet.
