Click on the other girls profile, more of the same videos, different girl. Whoever it is, is playing the long game for some cash.
 
ai plus that first image of her in the stairs is not actually her. but crazy, whoever running that account has made nearly 200k followers in like a month
 
Find the original of that image and we have definitive proof of AI i guess
