Shit, if I still had the OG exports I would zip them and put them somewhere for all of you. I could probably write a browser extension program to run in HTML and rip them all, I can see about that.
I can give some tips for X-rays as well if people want that. Everything I do, I do in photoshop cc 2024, and there's not a "one-size-fits-all" solution. The basics are as follows: duplicate the original image (select background image and press "ctrl+j" to copy it) and select the copy. Isolate the area you're going to x-ray (use a masking tool, so either use the magnetic lasso or pen tool, if it's the pen tool use "ctrl+enter" to make the path into a selection, and then either way "ctrl+shift+j" to make it a cutout separate from the whole image.) Move the x-ray target cutout BELOW the background copy, so that the layer order is background copy -> cutout -> background. Select the cutout and copy it (ctrl+j). Select the one on top. Go into filters menu, go to "other", select "high pass". The cutout will be grey. Adjust the slider until you see the texture detail and shape clearly. Hit enter. Select the grey high pass cutout, right above the layer box where it says "normal", click the dropdown. Change "normal" to "overlay". The detail should now pop out some more. Select "brightness / contrast" in the adjustment menu to make a brightness / contrast adjustment layer and tweak to pull out more detail. Now, select "color balance" in the adjustment menu. Adjust the color balance of the shadows, midtones, and highlights to best match the skin tone. If it's too washed out or too vibrant, add a "vibrance / saturation" adjustment layer.
That's what you do if you DON'T want to change the underlying pixels. If you do, select both cutouts and all the adjustment layers using "shift+click" (but DON'T select the top or bottom layers - the top with the cutout removed, and the bottom original image). Merge the selected layers. Now, choose the "burn" tool. Set the exposure LOW, like 4-8%. Select "preserve hue". Use the burn tool to dark the areola and nipple area. You can also use it to dark the shadows around the breasts or other features. You can then use the "dodge" tool (in the same menu) to brighten the highlights and create more depth. Nipples should be bright on the top half and dark on the bottom half, to reflect overhead lighting. This can help give it extra depth.
Going further than this is basically just deepfaking, and defeats the whole point of an x-ray.
