I don’t think it’s ai at all, it’s simply edited. you can see the airbrush on the sock clearly and the pure black of it contrasts where her knee is that has natural depth of blur vs the flat black
 
While I don't think she uses AI, I do think she filters a lot of her photos. Be it through Snapchat filters or some touch up through Photoshop. There's not a single blemish on her skin in every photo you look at. I think she's absolutely gorgeous either way.
