Not a doctor proper but I do have medical knowledge, force pissing would not accelerate an appendix rupture. Nor would holding it in for a long time. Appendix function is to protect gut bacteria and support your immune system. If there was an issue with her bladder/kidneys it would be a different story but appendix has nothing to do with that area of the body.
 
No it can not cause any actions or reverse actions to the appendix. Matter of fact, Appendix can cause problems for the bladder via infection / inflammatory.
