I think this is about Julia Butters, someone in the comments even caught on too. Mckenna has been everywhere already.
 
Reads to me like Odessa A'Zion, because she's getting big all of sudden after a few small, insignificant roles.
 
I doubt it's her. It says she has already been everywhere but also will be everywhere in the next year or so which doesn't make sense. McKenna's parents weren't Hollywood people, so that backstory wouldn't make sense. Also McKenna has been fairly notoriously boyfriend averse in public, which make that whole "whomever she is with" thing not match.
It's not Odessa because she's 25 and they say they're a teenager still.
Butters has already been in her most high profile movie, and not a ton else so this wouldn't make a whole lot of sense for her.
If you remove the "A-List" part from the equation, I'd guess Alyvia Alyn Lind since her mother is known for being... open, and her sisters have been with some extremely skeezy dudes.

You are most likely right. Mckenna still wants to make one more Ghostbusters movie with Phoebe grownup and she was talking about it again the other day and is pretty confident they will do another movie and I remember Ernie Hudson saying last year there are plans for another movie and he was in talks to come back for it but they want to wait until they get the right script before making it. Jason Reitman said he wanted Sigourney Weaver back as Dana in the next movie and talked about having Oscar back too. It is funny how different Mckenna looks now compared to when she was in afterlife and Frozen Empire. She is going to be the hot Ghostbuster this time. 🤣

I seriously doubt it's Julia Butters, she's only 16. McKenna's star has been rising very fast in the last year and is already practically a household name for her age group so I think it's a better match for her
