I don't think mayuguramu and mizuna are the same person.
As proof, I have marked the location of their distinctive moles.
Mayuguramu has two distinctive moles on her left shoulder. This can also be seen in other images.
The quality of mizuna's video is low so it's hard to tell, but she does not appear to have a mole on her left shoulder.
And mizuna's distinctive mole is on her right thigh. It's a fairly large mole.
Mayuguramu does not have a mole on her right thigh.
To be more specific, mayuguramu has streamed on YouTube in the past so we can compare her voice, but she still seems like a different person to mizuna.
Mizuna seems younger than mayuguramu.
 
Didn't expect someone would go turbo autism and break it out for the others, but hey, I picked this free FC2 LC up from T.Motion from 6 or 7 years ago and didn't manage to piece these available leads together until months ago. If anyone is able to trace down the FC2 Livechat room number then I Think I might be able to buy some lost footage from LAXD, Pcolle and Gcolle if I know what I need to actually look for.

I've cross examined the moles and birthmark and it all matches up. It was not until I stumbled upon one of the fantia post without a mask back in her early fantia days that I am positive that the girl from the FC2 LC might be her. Her voice in the LC might sound like NoaCh from Stripchat but we know she used to heighten her audio pitch before her first youtube ban and first IG account (pre-2021). She spoke in a fairly neutralized Tohoku accent in the LC but certain mannerism like how she brushes her hair and the habit of exhaling through her nose still sticks out to me. The mole beneath her lip matches up exactly as the one from the LC. She had started another tier on her Fantia just a few days ago, I've waited 2 years for something more spicy so it would be a shame if some leaks in the future spook her from doing more lewd content. Please be careful if anyone wants to share her contents in the near future.
Anyone managed to grab a backup of her Youtube Contents? DM me if you would like to trade with her recent TikTok livestream run back in July.

Regarding the moles, I don't think the locations match.
The live chat girl's characteristic moles are on her butt, left shoulder, and left thigh.
The mole in the same position as mayuguramu is only on my left shoulder. Additionally, Mayuguramu has two moles on her left shoulder, but the live chat girl only has one.
Of course, it's hard to say anything about moles because it is possible to remove them with plastic surgery, but I think it's more natural to think that they are not the same person than to think that they have had plastic surgery.
I will also upload the YouTube broadcasts she did in the past.
I would be happy if it could be of some help.

 
I would not rule the possibility out just yet, especially knowing that she have the habit of inverting her photos after her first photobook. It's hard to drive up a concrete conclusion just by highly glowed up still images and clips and to me this is still too much of a coincidence with so many matching features and mannerisms, even down do the left forearm mole and her comically long pinky toe. Either way, If anyone is able to trace down the FC2 live chat room number then I could get deeper into the weeds.
By the way, Tetsu814 Thank you for your input, sucks that she wiped her Youtube again. over 3 years of membership patronage down the drain...

There was one thing that bothered me.The video title of Chat Girl is "0425 Free". When I searched on tokyomotion, I found the video although it was not public.

This site appears to be storing records of past live chats broadcast at specific times.If you look at the archive of April 25, 2021, there are many names of the distributors who appeared on the interruption screen.
There is a high probability that Chat Girl's video was recorded on April 25, 2021.mayuguramu has already been active on YouTube in 2020.If the girl in the live chat was the same person as mayuguramu, I think her breast size would be different. The girl in the live chat looks about two sizes smaller.

Update: Found her room, case closed. it's not her, seems like she's riding off the fame of Mayugramu off the similarities. Even down to the nurse and Akita prefecture upbringing.

In the past, I posted an image comparing the positions of moles, but Mizuna and Mayuguramu are different people.
There are many people who look similar to mayuguramu because they wear masks.
What I'm concerned about is that people who see this may attack Mayuguramu herself for the wrong reasons, which could cause her to stop her activities.
I thought the mole comparison would be the easiest to understand, so I posted it, but if you compare them, you'll see that their faces, voices, and speaking styles are completely different.

She is humorously refered as Mayu's "Senpai" within the community back before Mayu recieved her first channel strike back in July 2021, Mayu mentioned in one of her youtube lives that they know and hung out with each other IRL. She then had Noagramu take over the first channel while she creates another channel instead. This is the purged channel we know of today. Noagramu got herself too many strikes on that first channel and that channel was nuked by YT due to TOS violation at the end of 2023。
Mayu is 150cm and Noa is marginally taller compared to Mayu. However, I still believe Mayu might be running a chatroom l out there on some region locked platforms that we still don't know of.
