Mine was different, but that was also 2 years ago, when I paid a portion as a tip and had the rest on a paid message to unlock that I got the next day. Took me a long time to open because of personal issues, and it was expensive.
But things could've changed and they could be scamming now
 
i've gotten customs with her before, and yeah it's probably the agency. she also apparently gets a lot of surgeries so yeah. there are definitely worse pages, but you really have to keep asking them to deliver so it's annoyingly time consuming.
