No. That's her real voice. There's also a video when she's showing off her Pokemon cards just talking normally.

lmao you were not kidding, there's a fine line between annoying and endearing with a voice like that and she's definitely straddling that line
at least we know she could probably fall back on voice acting if her tits suddenly start deflating
