She said on an interview that she used prosthetic boobs specifically on that movie (The substance). As far as I know, she have only gain some weight.

If she has, then she didn't go too big. Reminding me a bit of Kate Hudson and the brief controversy there was when she was suspected of augmenting herself.
Ironically, while her role in the Substance likely was a motivating factor in getting a boob job, she clearly didn't go that big. But I'd say, until we see her topless again, we won't absolutely know for sure, given many instances of her being "bigger" could be chalked up to bras, that time of the month, extra weight, etc.
In either case, she likes to show off her body entirely too much for this to be the end. And if she got a boob job, she will definitely want to show them off down the line.

Been one of my favs since 2019. So casually and effortlessly sexy! Loved her voice too.
 
Her mother, Andie MacDowell, also used to do nude scenes when she was younger (not as many as her daughter, of course).
I remember that back in 2018, both she and her daughter did nude scenes in their respective films.

Andie has done some nude scenes but she mostly avoided them. She didn't want to be typecast as eye candy. Probably for any nude scene that she has done, she has refused another 10.
In the other hand Margaret seems like she'll ask her directors to add a couple nude scenes if there aren't any in the script.
Don't forget that she was a dancer. And dancers in general are absolute exhibitionists
 
At the moment she is filming the remake of "Posession" and her next film comming out (Love of your life) has R rating. So i guess that we expect a minimum of 2 more nude appearances till the end of 2027

 
In the original Possession film, Isabelle Adjani's character (who is now played by Margaret in the remake) have nude scenes, so it's likely.
 
There's a shot in The Dog Stars where she's standing around in a tank top with no bra and her nipples are poking something crazy. I was genuinely taken aback in the theater.
