Apparently back in 2019 after the rich guy dumped her she couldn't or didn't want to pay her bills, filed for bankruptcy. Court found her in bad faith, dismissed the case and she had to find the money somehow

The bar to not get a personal bankruptcy case dismissed is really low. Elle Alexandra must've been right when she said Carly (sorry, "Malena") is a fucking nutjob
