Where are you two getting the information that Rick doesn't have the rights to publish the pics/videos? If true, then yes, I agree, he'd be opening himself to a lawsuit, but then we'd also not be able to see what he's published on bluesky because it'd be taken down. It's still there right now, so if he doesn't have signed releases, 2257s, etc. how is he able to post what he's already posted?
 
You are both wrong. It is not about the law. If he has the rights to the videos then he can do anything with them. There are pornstars who are mothers and yet studios rereleased their content on different websites. However Onyfans' TOS requires written consent from everybody in the content. It is how it works. No exeptions. He doesnt have that so at least on Onlyfans he cant post them.
 
I am not even sure it has to do with her being a mother, like others have said, other pornstars who are mostly retired like Lana Rhodes or Riley Reid are both mothers and they still put out content ocasionally, she is just completely done with the porn world and most likely doesn’t want someone else to profit off her image !
 
I mean, if she filmed these as scenes, she would've signed the consent forms at the time of filming. I doubt there is anything she could do about that now. Getting them on onlyfans is a different question.
There is also already a sex video out there already in a screen recording of when she was a webcam model prior to being a pornstar. It is low quality and a bit hard to find, but it's not like it doesn't already exist
 
I don't know why you quote-mined me as I never said he didn't have the rights to the content (how the hell would I know? I can only go by what he's posted and replied on bluesky), but you still haven't said how you know he doesn't have written consent from everyone.
 
They made the videos well before Onlyfans existed. Do you think he has this form from Malena? I doubt it so for those reasons he cant post the content.
 
So OF doesn't allow attached paperwork and the actual form needs to be signed? If that is the case, then you're right and he'd probably have to host on his own site instead. I hope he does have his shit together because otherwise it'll be the biggest disappointment since FTVX.

What? Forms are signed and dealt with BEFORE filming a scene and then it's handed over to the publisher, they hold the rights to it. Why it was chosen not to be released, who knows.
 
When I first found this, site I was super annoyed that you can't talk in the content threads, too, but the alternative is having like, a 10 to 1 discussion to content ratio for the more popular girls, and then a ton of posts with people just saying "wow, thants" and stuff like that. It wouldn't be a problem for a Malena Morgan thread, but think about something like Amouranth or Corrina Kopf.
Even the way SMG does it with a comment block under every single content post is mildy annoying with the amount of scrolling it adds to the experience.
I hope I'm wrong, but I'm super skeptical we'll ever see the Malena BG stuff released in video format. If he truly had rights to more than just some stills from the shoots, then why wouldn't he have released the video content earlier. The optimal time to do it would have been either while she was active or just after.

I agree with you. I don't see any reason for this long a delay unless he needs the time to work out the legal issues. Otherwise, you'd just hype this for a few weeks and then release the videos.
