I’m not arguing that her underboob is great or even good (nor do I care to, it’s obviously subjective), simply providing context that this dude is such a militant anti-plastic surgery zealot that he considers any procedure to be ruinous to a woman’s looks.
You might agree, you might not…preferences are individual. Such a broad, blanket, exception-free condemnation, however, has a distorted bias akin to religious orthodoxy…so keep that in mind.

Anyway, her underboob is fucked beyond repair (wrinkled, stretched, scarred), because she has too small of a frame for those implants.
 
Not a “story”, point to a single cosmetic surgery you don’t deride as “botched”, “fucked beyond repair”, or “she ruined her face/boobs/lips/whatever”.
No need to get in your feelings because you have an obvious bias, unless you’re ashamed of it for some reason.

Someone opining on a boob job while never having said anything positive about a boob job on anyoneis relevant information to the topic being discussed.
No one would trust the opinion of a film critic who’s given a thumbs down to every single movie they’ve ever seen, for example—it’d be obvious that something else was going on there.
When describing context and bias accurately is a “troll” to someone, they’re the one who’s emotionally invested.
I said you don’t like any boob jobs—which is true— so your opinion on Madi’s (or anyone’s) boob job should be evaluated with that all-encompassing bias in mind.
No reason to send aggrieved emote reacts and get catty about the truth to try and score meaningless internet points to an audience of complete strangers. That would be emotional investment, which you’re demonstrably above.
