My main reason for starting the thread.... She seems to be getting in a bit better shape, possibly ozempic? She looks great in recent posts in any case.
 
Probably losing weight to try and be even more appealing, she's one of those pick me's that do of, similar to goth egg and such. Don't even get me started on the unnecessary braces.
