well, her agency can only bait and fuckin switch so many times before people stop buying content. I had a whole back & forth with them about some misleading captions, ended up just getting a refund. best part of it was that in between replies to the on-going conversation we were having they'd send more misleading bullshit. the agency shit is just gross.
 
That's definitely a part of it no doubt. That's why I tell people to get specifics on content that might be ambiguous on the details. If the agency wont provide clarity, dont risk it. I stopped because I'd rather spend my money on actual pros who make adult content as their main job, not a side gig where you let other people run the business. I did manage to haggle a bit here and there tho, I got a decent amount and didn't spend much.

That's lame but its allowed. He doesn't have to be fully in frame or up front. He can just just have his hands and arms seen even and that's still considered B/G. Any physical involvement and that's not breaking any of their rules. On the back end, he has to sign paperwork and nothing more.
We only get refunds when the model clearly breaks TOS and we can prove it.
 
Even that's a challenge, it's stupid how much OF allows. What they don't realize is you can charge back with your bank up to 5 years for subscription disputes. Always use a legit bank, you can get your money back
 
I purchased a very misleading PPV that didnt have anything in the description and when i complained about it they just laughed about it and tried selling me an even more expensive PPV saying this one will be better. I unsubbed and blocked the account.
 
Did you try to ask for a refund? You might as well since you're done with the page. But hey can you post whatever it is is you bought(do that before seeming refund bc OF takes it away from your purchases)
