Based on the body shape and the eyes, plus the fact that she often retweets this account’s posts, I'm pretty sure this is her.
 
If i remember correctly, she used to say that with some one who look quite alike her is a friend. But the other one got bigger boobs so it might be true, this one on the other hand have the same size as hers. Also i notice that her account sub name is lynz (that is one of her pen name when she started)
 
It’s been years now, but i’m still wondering is there any chance someone can find her personal set (non-cosplay) she annouced long time ago? The post got deleted
 
It called “personal set” so I think someone pay her to made that set only for them. She only posted 1 pic of it on X then nothing more. I think after changing her pen name again, she hide it with all other old post (her account still show that there are more than 100 posts but now can only see several retweet posts lately)
 
Oh i saw this account year ago, then she said she quit cosplay and deleted all old post from this x.
 
Her discription still set "Comission OPEN" so i think she still cosplays, but only in private for now
 
Now I'm pretty sure they're two different people . Miki has a mole right above her belly button if you look closely(st she pts to hide it, st dont), while wu_qing doesn't
