Yep in my experience if any creator explicitly says without room for interpretation "the content in here has [this content]" and you unlock it, and it doesn't have that, then you get a refund every time. It's why most agencies if you asked clear questions they'll just say "open and find out I don't want to spoil it" to try and bait people in.
 
Yep I always ask now and if they avoid it, I don’t even try to argue about it I just ignore cause I know it’ll be a load of shit
 
The site needs to hold these creators & agencies more accountable and have a strike system in place or something to risk them losing their pages or being suspended etc. I have also received multiple refunds from support for her outright lying as well. I think they continue to lie mainly cause 1 - it’s still a net positive for them as more people don’t attempt to get refunded than do so they still make/keep more money from the lies and 2 - the site allows them to keep getting away with it even when they have numerous complaints so they have nothing to lose.
