Don't go buying it and think that you have an easy out with a refund if you can't see anything. She very well could be "naked" but covered up so you don't see anything. It's not as if she hasn't done handbras and implied stuff before. This is just some variation of the latest grift pushed by her scumbag agency.

But definitely always be on the lookout for the easy-outs with the refund stuff of course, in case those fucktards do happen to mess something up with their wording, like they've done before.

Heck, some people even use managers on their OF to scam their own fans who pay a lot of money just to end up talking to some random dude instead of the person theyre supporting"

I guess the person managing her account didnt like that for some reason

It'd be a bit of a minefield, but certainly UK regulators could take action against OnlyFans. If it was shown there is a pattern of behaviour on the platform which involved misleading practices being tolerated, it's possible. But it'd be a long road to get to that point.

I actually think the first step would be to see some actual coverage of OF creators failing to deliver to up the pressure on the platform to remove those creators.
 
i feel like sueing onlyfans is too big of a task right now. people should just sue the models directly. fuck up their buisness model

ask for disgorgement on all their ill gotten earnings, an injunction against further deceptive marketing practices; that’d be the best payback

Using an Agency is no different than an international love scam imo. Im surprised governments havnt started to crack down on it
 
onlyfans wont care until people are mass charging back , because at the end of the day they are still making money along with the agency
