Actually I think this might be real, just blurry. Her tiktok was recently hacked and I wasn't able to find the "real" version of this photo on any of her accounts (including Patreon). There are a couple of videos of her wearing those pants and hair clips though, posted on Aug 18. I can't find anything else she has posted wearing that outfit while also sitting on the floor like that.
