The issue with going that skinny is that at some point it affects the face. And hers definitely looks a good bit harsher now than a few years back (not even talking about the teenager-esque look from when she started out).

I think its more the latter part. The BF also wants to live of having sex. And if both faces are censored the focus will be more on it as a MF-performers, instead of getting focus on her if shes showing her face.
