It was a hack. It was on her own phone. Pretty easy guess is that someone prob emailed her and social hacked their way into her icloud.

If it's a hack then it's not revenge porn after all and should be allowed to be posted. The only reason they've stood firm on this ban is because they believe it's revenge porn. That FaceTime call detail and proving she was the recorder shows it had to have come from her phone which means she's either the leaker herself or her phone was hacked.
 
I dont think they stood firm on it because it was revenge porn. Unless i miss a mod saying it somewhere.

It's more about DMCA takedowns. Try look it up on common porn sites and it cant be found, because they get DMCA'ed. She got hacked, and went to a typical agency that has monitors for new content matching these terms, then they issue takedowns, and the mods are just protecting the forums.

Her reddit site was literally an innocent bystander that got taken down, and i would have done so if i was her too just to remove any chance ppl talk about it
 
The mods posted a full note explaining initially that anyone who posted the leak would be banned because it violated the rule against revenge porn on here.

Technically they quoted their rules that said revenge porn OR hacked content, (because of dmca's, no one want legal trouble).

and their msg was specifically about the specific website in which these leaks originally appeared in. So they are referring to that site which the watermarked on all the videos.

Her ex bf. His name was leaked too and some googling found his LinkedIn. Tldr they were long distance, he was from LA I think. Hence the video call phone sex clips, and the leaks were from her phone so she's probably jerked off to the videos more than we haved lol
