I'm pretty sure this is just what she and her agency does. Her agency lies about what is in the PPV and just hopes that people will give up trying to get a refund or not bother at all. I think for that to happen enough people would have to publicly come forward as a group with enough funding for a Lawyer and actually take it to court but the thing is….Would anyone want to publicly legal name and identity ever want to admit to buying content off Lil Tay?
 
If enough do it then I doubt being named would be a huge deal. Just a sea of names.
 
If nobody has sued Amouranth for false advertising yet I doubt they'll sue Lil Tay
