I'm not surprised. Kill Tony is one of the unfunniest things in existence, and the only one actually talented of the whole bunch is Shane Gillis. The whole concept is ass. "Invite comedians to do like a minute of standup and then roast them". It's so fucking masturbatory. "oh hey, here's a bunch of people who worked in the industry for years, shitting on a relative newcomer". amazing. It's like the actual embodiment of "punching down". How insecure do you have to be, to invite smaller comedians to a show to talk shit about them?
And then of course, since the show itself has a large part of: "Haha racism", the audience tends to lean further right, and not to get too political here, but I think we can all agree that the "edgy comedy" right wing audience does not exactly have a high opinion of women. Let alone sexworkers. Fuck, any regular woman on KT already gets bombared with comments about cock sucking and other sex based remarks, so if you go out there, as a comedian who also does sex-work, they're gonna have no respect for you. Neither the guys, nor the audience. It's gonna be a bad time.
And I know they would read this and go "white knight" "she's not gonna fuck you, bro" bla bla. But I'm writing this on a porn forum. I'm not trying to swoop in and save this woman. It's just a honest observation of the right wing comedy circuit.
I hope she can leave all this kill tony shit behind her, soon.
 
I’m not a fan of Tony and only ever engage with the show because a comedian I do like is on the panel - but she’s got the video pinned on her IG. She’s a fan of the show and Tony and all these people you don’t like. Whatever following she has right now is because of her appearance on the show. She’s got a bit making fun of limbless homeless people (punching down!) so I’d say she’s pretty comfortable with that broader scene of comedians.
I don’t think the issue is so much the killtony fans but the poorly socialized porn addicted weirdos (you and I) who are part of every subsection of society.
 
Some interesting comments here and there is validity in all of them. Personally I think the problem is that she is bad at every aspect of comedy, from the writing to the delivery. The only laughs that she seems to get are the shock value laughs of a cute girl with a soft voice saying some fucked-up things. As that is all she has in her arsenal, her only chance of success is via the KillTony type audience which enjoys very basic, very broad, shock and discrimination humour. She seems to genuinely care about her comedy career and she'll be aware that she has no other options, so if her OF work might derail her journey, I can absolutely see her ditching it. It's a shame, as she could be incredibly successful on OF if she worked it full time, to the extent that she could run her own comedy club/night to keep her hobby alive. Sadly I don't think that's going to happen though. I'm pretty sure we've lost her until the comedy career is dead, probably a couple of years away at this point.
 
As much as I enjoy free livestreams, she really needs to just make her page a paid account tbh.
The fact that its free, I can't even imagine how many KT fans or even people from the show have flooded her page and DMs to the point where that's the only thing she sees when she logs on.
If she made the page paid, and just regularly made actual content, she'd probably have a much better time with OF (mentally and financially)
 
It's both, she can still like them even after being ridiculed and clowned for having an Onlyfans, she's probably ashamed of it herself which is why she took a step back after getting roasted. Any girl that is proud or has made peace with having an OF wouldn't have felt the need to defend herself or stop making content after getting clowned for it.
 
Part of her problem is that her attractiveness and personality have led to some mild success on both OF and social media that has caused her too much attention for someone at this stage of their comedy career.
Most stand ups will tell you it takes about a decade to get really good at it. There are obviously the occasional exceptions to that like Chappelle breaking through real young, but even he didn't record his first half hour special until he was 25 and first hour at 27. Leyla's hasn't even been doing stand up for 2 years yet. She's at the stage in which she should still be doing open mics so getting even any laughs as a touring headliner is relatively impressive. I have no idea if this is where she'll top out or if she'll continue to improve, but I think anyone claiming she's on pace to fail at comedy doesn't actually know how stand up careers typically work.

There won’t be anything interesting on her streams anyway, but it’s good that she’s back – I’d started to think she wouldn’t be returning to OF at all.
