When I upscale the resolution, it looks as though she has plasters on the underside and in the middle of her breasts – it could also be a glitch caused by the upscaling – that would suggest a breast reduction – I can’t imagine that someone with an already very slender build could lose 2–3 cup sizes just by losing weight.

if we look at the ealiest busty pics of leni, she definitely had much more "baby fat" overall and in her face. she now looks borderline skinny/bulimic/anorexic.
unless she had heavy back pain from big boobs which i doubt (cause compared to others they werent even THAT big), i doubt Heidi Klums daughter would get a BR. that whole family (heidi and her parents) are nudists and pretty body-positive and confident.
