use the Aloha browser vpn app in the App Store. It has a browser built in. So you have to sign into onlyfans. Be warned, it cannot download DRM videos( Found somewhere)
 
only way i know of on iphone is with Streamfork, you download an app called Expo Go and you run Streamfork through that. you have to pay $10 to download drm a month (doesn’t auto renew). the instructions on how to set it up are on their site and it’s pretty damn easy
