I hope it's real, but has this ever actually been proven to be her? I've seen it on a few boards and several times people have said it's not her and from what I can tell, I agree. The phone case, room and shirt don't match any other photos of her at all.
 
Late to the thread but she has said on discord something along the lines of 'As someone with nudes out there online ...' when someone famous had nudes leaked a couple years ago IIRC.
I got some of the artsy photos where no face was shown from 4chan from an initial leak the exif data on the images were taken on her then boyfriends (Chewy) DSLR, In January 2014. The armpit mole, scar on the upper belly, and other birthmarks all match other photos
