I gave it a shot and think it looks a bit better. I also removed the watermarked site from your post, as mods will delete posts with marks that aren't from the source (i.e. not a tiktok mark). This should be considered a repair more than an upscale. 240/360p is usually too damaged to help, the details are already gone.
