They can't start getting high flying jobs in medicine, law, finance, telecommunications and whatnot.

Lavish will escort now. No doubt. Many don't do advertise. They operate on civic level. They'll appear on escort websites, possibly with their eyes/face hidden. They don't want obsessed fans hounding them. They charge a fortune.
