1) someone was busty and originally considered br for years. Personal level.
2) someone had a partner (and married this guy). Still personal but that's her SO.

I know people in real life who have had it done and it’s obvious that something is missing since they both have broad backs. One of them is also overweight so it looks even stupider. Also people keep saying how ‘they’re still big’, but it doesn’t matter when they look terrible.
