She doesn't even manage the business. She just recruits girls and then uses another, larger, pretty well known agency as her "back office" (same one that Adam Quinn and his partner use). They give her a percentage for every girl she recruits. The models never really know that another agency is really handling everything.
 
So the girls, themselves, don’t know that there is an agency behind the scenes, yet all of us here, on this August site are aware?
 
Some of the girls find out later that agency #1 is the recruiter and the people behind the scenes are with agency #2, which partners with #1. Some never realize it. Not that many people on this site are aware of this, but I guess they are now.
