Answering the question, "is she still active?"
Hardly. She doesn't post on her OF wall but will randomly send PPVs. No indication of when it happens and when you ask her can you get any new content she's sent out that you missed, the response has been "I deleted it. I never keep any of my videos".

I've been subbed for like 3 months straight before and wasn't send anything and then apparently the month I decide to unsub she sends one out.

It's not worth it unless you want to gamble.
