I've asked her directly about this, and as expected these girls like to deflect this kind of questions to keep it ambiguous.
She said you can see the nips, but it is censored, however the censor will be very thin that it looks like it's not.
:KEKWlaugh: these are her exact words wtf.
So, in conclusion I'd say it's a thin/ highly transparent fog or something. Probably not worth 29$ but I'd pay share if someone wants.
