Even as someone who likes heavier girls (to say the least), if she wanted to lose weight by however means, that's her choice and I'm not gonna harsh her too hard for it.

The bit that still makes my eyebrows raise is that her character and model are still chubby/fat.
There's nothing saying she can't do that, obviously, but it doesn't make it any less confusing.
