I haven't verified the numbers but a guy on that forum said he was a regular client of hers. He had been seeing her for about 2 years, 2 hours each session, basically was paying her an annual salary of 70k tax free. On top of meeting certain demands, like 5 star hotels, plus gifts, etc. That's just one client.
