i still dont understand that would be like me having surgery to have my penis made smaller then putting in a penile implant to make it big again.The only reason i could think would be if the implants are lighter than her breast tissue
 
She likes the shape the implants give them. Also implants have to be maintained/switched out after a point in time.
 
The maintenance part is probably the most accurate part of it. I've known a couple of women with implants and they were told they will have to replace and enlarge them over time. It's not like they have to eventually go massive like KK or anything, but one of them who went from nothing to a C-cup will eventually end up at least a D/DD when she stops having implants.
 
Yeah exactly, probably her skin breast tissue need a fix and with new implants she is able to fullfil again breast skin.
However I want to see the final result.
