I don't really understand their ways but I see chinese and japanese accounts doing this all the time, have pictures be the actual model (assuming that's real and not some AI shenanigans), where they almost never show any actual nudity.
And then they every so often repost more spicy videos from other creators with similar body type passing it as their own material.
I see no reason other than baiting you into purchasing their premium content they link.
