This is so outwardly divorced from even Onlyfans own marketing. The site sells direct access to a creator. If an agency is secretly pretending to be them, then the customer is paying for something that is not real. By definition an agency is a scam.
If creators don’t want to talk to certain fans, they can ban them. Creators cultivate their own audience. If they market exclusively to degenerates, that is who they are going to attract.

Thats why all these agency run girls now have disclaimers in their bios saying their agencies might respond on the creators behalf. It's still a shit rigmarole though because there's nothing explicitly stating you're talking to an agency (except the knowledge it is never her due to being agency run).
Creators do not cultivate their audience, not the types like Kira anyway, its all management once they get to that level. Just have menus and proper previews and let both sides be informed for purchases.
