She sucks at messaging, then, because when you put that rule up right after "bigotry is unacceptable" it's making it sound like it's as expected out of people as it is for a server or a delivery driver.
And if she wants her attendance to act like Mexican fans maybe she shoulda booked the show in Mexico.
Also, real interesting that "the pro talent got paid their rate", does that mean the newbies she's been training don't?
 
It really didn't sit well with me. Tipping is encouraged, but this also isn't lucha libre. I do hope it is successful. The show is sold out, apparently, though, so good for them. Honestly, if she didn't say anything about tipping, no one would be putting up a fuss about it.
 
Every other month they tweet that they are self conscious and are going to "lock in" they post some thirst traps and tease the OF and back to square one. its kind frustrating.

I'm curious about her promotion, though. It seems to have been successful for their first show, but we haven't heard anything about a second show. Of course, it could just be a lot of figuring out budgeting and location and the usual things for an indie promotion, but I dunno, feels like we should hear something soon.
I think it also just brings up the question again of what she does for income. Being an indie promoter only brings so much for yourself. Makes me wonder if she also has a day job.
 
She has some kind of behind-the-scenes, off-camera job in the entertainment industry. She mentionned it in a recent interview, but didn't mention any more specifics than that.
As for why there's no second show yet, indie promotions don't usually run weekly events. Especially incredibly niche ones aimed at communities usually marginalized out of jobs that can afford this shit on the regular.
Plus she got lucky she got this much trans talent for the opening show, it might be hard to book follow-up shows with as much drawing power that soon.

You're definitely not wrong, I guess I'm just used to my local indies doing a show a month. Then again, they've been around for years and this was just the first show. I'm definitely both surprised and not surprised about the amount of trans talent in professional wrestling, though. Hopefully things keep being successful.

No idea. I found the interview and she's being vague, probably because she wants to keep some semblance of a private life (and that should be respected).

The no-OF could be any number of reasons. Apparently she already has paying simps without opening anything, that's a factor. She mentionned she feels she's been looking like shit lately, that could be another factor. Another factor could be holding off until after the bottom surgery happens (which would be a shame because the world'd be a better place with Bandit Gock out there).

Oh yeah, I remember seeing that. I think she just needed to right mentor to tell her to slow down and not go so hard. It is what it is.

She just needed her own Master Roshi to train her in the ways of a true anime protagonist.
