It’s unfortunate way of business but when agencies take 10-15% of profit and chatters get commission from sales, it gives them an incentive to not deliver quality content but just “quantity” regardless of quality. And models don’t care or check on their agencies because they only care that they continue to get $$ or more $$ they generally don’t care how it happens or do not know
You can try being direct with a chatter/agency and say that you just want the video and don’t want to play games. Sometimes this works. But most times it likely won’t because you’re essentially telling them they aren’t going to make as much money off of you. And then you may get blocked
