Consuming porn and engaging in sex work (out of your own volition) are not morally reprehensible acts. At best, its like getting a massage/ consuming alcohol. If they are done in excess or if your habits started affecting other around you or yourself, that's when it becomes a problem. For eg, you having a beer or a glass of wine is not a big deal but beating your wife and neglecting your family's needs while being wasted in bad. Its the same as watching porn is fine, it is a good stress reliever or buying pussy, you are fixing a need. But when you start abusing your partner because you saw something in porn or making them feel worthless is what happens to be an issue.
Sex work in the past was always looked down up on by people because it affected the fabric of society. Like men who think with their dicks would choose the whore over their wives and this can easily start shit out of nowhere and escalate it into serious problems. So for the benefit of all, any sort of sex work was shamed so people wont stir shit based on it.

We have internet and we have information about what porn industry is like but you still sign up for it, make bank and then cry about people seeing you as a piece of meat. like girl, you knew what you were signing up for and now you cry?
if you engage in sex work, people will never see you as a normal person. Men will not wife you up, mothers and fathers will walk away, you children will hate you and their association with you. That is the trade off for making 2000-3000 dollars to get fucked on screen. Many women know it but when they piper comes for the pay, would prefer to play the victim and not take accountability. this is why people mock pornstars in general.
Also if you are a porn consumer, you have pretty much lost any ground to make a grandstand on moral qualities and virtues. if you do, you are an even bigger hypocrite because you engage in a vice that causes other people torment and critique those people for their action that enable you to enjoy the said vice.
