Medusa is Ricky's most recent ex and baby mama, she broke with him unamicably earlier this year and has been crashing out on X ever since, going after lot of woman who have recently collabed with him, Ricky teased a Keisha Rickysroom Collab and Medusa started her usual ranting on X and sent Keisha a DM basically threatening her. I don't believe Keisha saying she doesn't know who she is because they were one of biggest porn couples in the industry, so for Keisha who has been keeping tabs on Ricky I find it hard to believe she has no idea who Medusa is. Having said that Medusa needs to fucking heal, her ex is one of the biggest pornstars no one cares what he did to her they're going to continue working with/for him.
