Take screenshots and carefully document your case. You can appeal to the Onlyfans support team but they're going to want you to try to discuss with Kayla's account handler first. Discuss with them, screenshot the conversation, then be prepared to show the Onlyfans support team that no resolution could be found and that you request a refund.
Just note that refunds are their very last resort and they don't like doing it. Kayla's account handler might even block your account afterwards.
 
I hate to say it, but I’ve been in the same boat a few times. Best course of action is to just accept she’s only ever gonna show bush or show pussy accidentally on live. You’re never gonna get a full frontal from her again.

Edited to add: The only way to buy her content is if "she" posts something you haven't seen before with a thumbnail. When that happens, there's generally 2-3 unlocks of new content. Otherwise, "she's" just posting old stuff with misleading captions. Also, delete accounts and resub with a new one from time to time. The more you spend money on "her," the higher the prices get.
