My conclusion is that it doesn't really matter. Even if Karen or someone directly involved says it is not a double and not digital removal of panties, the scene is still shot and edited in such a way that my gut instinct will say it's not her.
Her content thread has the tags accidental boob grab abg and nip slip, but I didn't see any (unless I'm blind but guessed they'd also be on most reactions)
The boob grab I'm not sure about, but the nip slip is in the post with most reactions, the last pic, she is wearing a dress not a swimsuit. Zoom at the boob that is not facing the camera
