Anyway, my point is that there's no way of knowing what's next, and it's not even just a JAV thing, it's a Japan thing. Kanna is too new to be affected by the 2022 Law. She could move to Doujin, but she's in the biggest studio and it's not like she has to do crazy stuff. She's heavily promoted by S1 and BStar, for the last TRE, she was promoted just as much as Ayaka (that photo of them together got 38k likes). The studio and her agency are doing their part, but again, it's a japanese industry, you never actually know what's next.
 
I am sorry, I was just venting. About two months ago, it was reported that another bill regarding AV (adult video) regulations was proposed in Japan. It is a bill that would ban actual sexual intercourse during AV filming. These types of restrictive bills regarding AV are consistently being introduced, and it is disheartening to see such a consistent political stance. I am worried about what kind of AV we will see in the future.
 
I think that was just an internet rumour, no such bills were passed or proposed that I can see on official channels. The government *is* looking to banning porn advertisements, since you can encounter straight up hentai manga ads online, but nothing about an update to the 2022 law or something new. They're also looking to update their laws to restrict prostitution (punish buyers, not just sellers), but that doesn't really have much to do with AV I think. Anything with Fantia, FC2, or other sites are just the police enforcing existing laws that outlaw the dissemination of obscene materials.
