There's different grades of restrictions put on a channel, her was the equivalent of a slap on the wrist with basically no repercussions other than not being able to stream(which was for like 1-2 hour ish).
She has not been streaming because of the storm and net issues, she didn't want it to die randomly mid stream (That is what she said, its in her chat logs)
