Just looking at his YT channel i really doubt it and he also owns several businesses (the "he left the companies" is a cope, proved in court documents from his co-owners lawsuit). I do believe she makes a shitload of money from Findom but the only evidence of her being from a rich family is from asmon himself (correct me if there is a clip of her confirming herself).
Last stream was another Q/A session about asmon, she did ignore the questions for a while but later on just dived into it. She promised a discord channel for people to submit videos for her to react so i assume she plans to react the same type of videos that he does (drama, anti-woke, cop bodycam, etc).
Some old viewers are not happy though but even if they leave they will replaced by asmon fans so i guess it's not exactly a loss to her. She is also getting clipped a lot on twitter when talking about the same topics that he does (like the women primal instincts of being a housewife that went viral yesterday)

Clout. Some people wants stay relevant no matter what, to some of them it's even more important than money (hence why there is so many big streamers viewbotting).
Money could also be a factor, just because some people get rich that doesn't mean they stop wanting more money.
Exactly this. I doubt she would have even entertained the idea of meeting him if he was some no-name 100~500 streamer.
